TICKET FAQs

When is the show booking until?

You can purchase tickets up to five months in advance. Every Monday we release one additional week of performances, but if you’re looking for a date more than five months away, just sign up to our mailing list to receive periodic updates so you don’t miss out.

When will I receive my tickets?

You will receive confirmation of your purchase straight away. Your e-ticket will be sent out two weeks prior to the performance.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY TICKETS?

Tickets are non-refundable as standard. If you booked your ticket via this website or ATG Tickets an exchange might be possible, subject to availability and an exchange fee. Please note exchanges must take place at least 48 hours before the start of the performance. Click here for more information.

Are table seats available?

Yes – we have our Can Can seats located at the front of the stalls. These seats are extremely close to the stage and surrounded on all sides by the action onstage. Click here to find out more information before purchasing, and then here to book tickets.

Are group bookings available?

Groups of all sizes are welcome at Moulin Rouge! The Musical. If your party is over 9 people, please enquire via ATG’s Groups Department (020 7206 1174).

CAN I BUY MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL GIFT VOUCHERS?

So exciting! Gift vouchers are available to purchase online in any value, just choose the amount you’d like to give. You can add your own personal message to say, ‘Thank You’, ‘Happy Christmas’ or ‘I love you (Satine!)’.

Once you’ve made your purchase the voucher will be sent straight away by email, it’ll arrive in an attachment as a specially designed digital voucher that you can either print or forward on. ARE RUSH TICKETS OR DAY SEATS AVAILABLE FOR MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL?

Bohemian Seats can be found in their new home on the TodayTix app.

Each day, a limited number of seats for £30 will be available at 10am for that day’s performances on a first come, first served basis.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PERFORMANCE IS CANCELLED?

IS THERE A CLOAKROOM AT THE VENUE?

Yes. Only large suitcases can be stored in the cloakroom at the Piccadilly Theatre. Coats and small bags may be stored under your seat.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

No, there is no dress code. Whether you are an Aristocrat or a Bohemian, want to dress up or dress comfortably – you are all welcome here.

WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE PERFORMANCE?

The show running time is 2 hours and 35 minutes including a 20-minute interval.

ARE THERE STROBE LIGHTS OR SPECIAL EFFECTS DURING THE PERFORMANCE?

Yes. Please be advised the show contains flashing lights, strobe lights, fog, loud bangs and the appearance of firearms onstage.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE RECOMMENDATION?

The show is recommended for children 12 years of age and over. Children under 12 can be admitted at the discretion of the parent or guardian. Strictly no under 5s allowed in the venue.

Yes, the Piccadilly Theatre is equipped with Sennheiser MobileConnect WiFi sound amplification system. MobileConnect uses WiFi to deliver superior quality audio to a smart device such as an iPod or iPhone, either through headphones or via a necklace for hearing aid users. Devices can be borrowed on the day, or alternatively patrons can download the Sennheiser MobileConnect app and use their own device. Assistance dogs are welcome.
