FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
PRE-SALE OPENS MONDAY 17 MAY 10AM
PERFORMANCES FROM FRIDAY 12 NOVEMBER 2021
Bohemians, we cannot wait for you to experience the Spectacular, Spectacular at the Piccadilly Theatre!
Below is some extra information to help you get ready to book your tickets when pre-sale opens.
HOW DOES THE PRE-SALE WORK?
- On Monday morning, you will receive an email from us. TIP: Add ‘Moulin Rouge! The Musical’ to your safe senders list to ensure that the email does not end up in your junk folder by mistake.
- Your email will contain your unique and exclusive single-use booking link.
- Your email will arrive in advance but booking will not open until 10am.
- If you click your link early, then you will be placed into an online waiting room.
- At 10am when booking opens, you will be assigned a random place in the queue to leave the waiting room; when your turn comes you will go through to the booking page. TIP: You will have 15 minutes to complete your booking. So read our Booking Tips below to be ready to book.
IMPORTANT
Your booking link is unique to you and linked to the email address you gave us when you signed up for priority booking. It can only be used to purchase tickets once.
Therefore, we advise that you do not share your link or forward the email you receive.
If you use your link to open multiple browsers across your devices, it will still only work to purchase tickets once. Your link will expire when it is used to complete a purchase. If you begin the booking process but leave without booking and return later on, your link will still work.
BOOKING TIPS
We expect demand to be high when tickets are released. You can be ready to go and make booking easier by consulting our ticketing tips:
When do you want to come?
- Performances from 12 November 2021 through to 12 March 2022 will be available to book.
- The regular performance schedule for Moulin Rouge! The Musical will be: Monday 7.30, Tuesday 7.30pm, Wednesday 2.30pm & 7.30pm, Thursday 7.30pm, Friday 7.30pm, Saturday 2.30pm & 7.30pm. Some variations to the regular schedule will apply for the earlier weeks.
- Be flexible with the dates you would like to attend and have more than one option in mind.
- It is likely that weekends and holidays will be popular, so try having some midweek options to pick from too.
- The early dates often sell out the fastest, so be sure to also look at some options later into the run.
Who are you coming with?
- You can book up to 9 tickets. If you want to come in a larger group, you will need to enquire via ATG’s Groups Department (020 7206 1174).
- Check your dates with everyone in advance. When you leave the waiting room and go through to book, you need to know how many people you’d like to attend with, and to have made sure everyone can make the dates you have picked in advance.
- Also, check everyone’s budget. Tickets are available at a variety of prices starting from £25 and ranging up to £190 for ATG package and ticket bundles.
- Does anyone in your group have an access requirement? If so, read more below about access services at the Piccadilly Theatre.
- The theatre seating is laid out across three levels: Stalls, Royal Circle and Grand Circle. The Stalls and Royal Circle can be accessed step-free.
Remember your unique link is exclusive to you and can only be used to book tickets once, so take every step to ensure that no one else can use it.
